Hiring a Team Director

Windsong Boats is looking for a Team Director to oversee a brand awareness ‘Windsong Tour’ through the east and south coast of England through summer ’26. 

The role is to promote Windsong and explore all avenues of development, supervising two experienced sailors who will showcase two Windsongs sailing at selected sailing and yacht clubs around the coast. Together the team will spread the excitement of Windsong and promote sales. The role would be unpaid but the successful applicant would participate in an equity incentivisation programme. 

Windsong is a new 14ft wooden hulled planing lugger featuring the best of the old and the best of the new. She featured last year on the cover of Wooden Boat Magazine in the USA and Classic boat called her ‘Possibly the coolest wooden boat ever built’.
